You’re Invited to a Holiday Dinner to Benefit the POP Project

Dear POP Project supporters,

You are cordially invited to a special holiday dinner and beer pairing to support the POP Project.

We welcome you to join us at Rhubarb’s event space in downtown Asheville on Monday, December 12 for beer and appetizers, followed by a four-course dinner and beer pairing. POP is partnering with Rhubarb, Catawba Brewing, and Gaining Ground Farm to offer this exclusive holiday meal. Meet Chef John Fleer, a four-time James Beard Award nominee. Enjoy great local brews, and learn about POP’s latest literacy initiatives. A portion of every ticket sale supports our mission to provide better access to books for people in our community.

Seating is very limited—only 60 seats are available. Purchase your tickets early!

A Holiday Dinner to Benefit the POP Project

About the 4-Course Meal:

Each year, Catawba Brewing pairs with a local restaurant, local farm, and local nonprofit to prepare a ticketed dinner and beer pairing. All four entities work closely together to build the event and ensure its success.

During the dinner, guests will have a chance to hear from and speak with representatives from each company and organization. A Catawba spokesperson will lead the beer tasting. Chef John Fleer from Rhubarb will describe the menu and where the food came from. And POP’s director will speak to our organization and the impact your presence will make to our mission.
